Do you have customers, organizations or business units that your services are critical to?
Would you know how to contact them?
Do you depend on web based applications for critical business functions?
Do you maintain up-to-date employee rosters, contact information, inventory lists, software inventories, communication and IT equipment inventories?
Do you have at least one person who devotes at least 50% of their time responsible for business contingency management?
Have you considered alternate sites?
If you have a plan do you keep it up-to-date?
Is your plan written in a common sense clear, concise writing style?
Is it in an easy to maintain format?
Have you included vendor information for key vendors you depend on?
Do you know how to access vital records stored off-site and do you have established procedures for doing this?
Have you provided information regarding insurance, legal and financial support that may be required?
Have you considered addressing the media?
